Excellent NY times Magazine Piece on Interdiction

There's an excellent New York Times Magazine piece out this past week (link here) on the interdiction of Haitian asylum seekers at sea with some meticulous and powerful reporting from Seth Freed Wessler (and a brief quote from yours truly). Seth does a tremendous job bringing home the human stakes of U.S. maritime migrant interdiction in the Caribbean, a challenging task given that the program itself is designed to remain out of sight and thus out of mind. Well worth a read.
